Ewa Hudson manages the research program for the global health and wellness industry at Euromonitor International. In her current post, Hudson has direct responsibility over the content and quality of Euromonitor’s health and wellness research, which provides strategic analysis and other in-depth coverage of the global market in more than 32 countries worldwide. She is also responsible for working with the international client base of Euromonitor’s online Health and Wellness Foods and Beverages–Passport. She earned a master’s degree in economics from the University of Poznan, Poland, and has also studied postgraduate marketing at the University of Westminster in London.

 


Edward Eyszumiala, General Manager – Dietary Supplement and Functional Food Certification Programs, NSF International


Ed Wyszumiala is the general manager for NSF International’s dietary supplement and functional food certification programs. As part of his duties he heads NSF’s dietary supplements strategic initiatives, including the development of NSF’s certification programs and implementation of NSF’s integrated business strategies. Ed is also involved in various industry organizations, including AHPA, CRN,IADSA and UNPA.

James S. Tonkin is a 37 year veteran of the beverage business, formerly a soft drink bottler in California, who has changed his focus from carbonated beverages to functional, nutritional, cosmeceutical and nutraceutical beverage development and marketing. Tonkin is working with many new companies emerging in this space to include including beverage giants Coca Cola and PepsiCo. Jim serves as a popular keynote speaker covering new beverage trends, successful branding insight and with his blunt and sometimes irreverent humor, pushes the envelope!  He has many repeat performances and is truly a respected and admired entrepreneur in his own right!

 


Gao Peng, China Health Care Association


Gao Peng has been the Secretary General of the Committee of Health Care Consultation of China Health Care Association as well as the General Manager of Ankang Healthcare (Beijing) Co., Ltd since May 2008. He has earned his Bachelor of Science College of Pharmacy at Peking University and his MBA in the Business School of Renmin University, Beijing.
